Spring rolls with peanut butter sauce


Today, We Will show you how to make Spring rolls with peanut butter sauce :



Ingredients:
- 14 rice wrappers (8 ½ inch diameter)
- ½ lb (230g) large tiger shrimp, peeled, deveined & cooked
- 4 oz (110g) pork belly, cooked
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ tsp fish sauce
- 2 oz (60ml) water
- ½ tsp corn starch
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 carrot
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup perilla (Tía tô)
- ½ cup fish mint (Giấp cá)
- 14 garlic chive leaves (optional)
- Oil
- A pinch of black pepper
