Braised fish with pineapple

Ingredients:
- • 2 lbs mackerel scad, mackerel, or other similar fish
- • ¼ pineapple, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
- • ¼ cup green onion, white part, minced
- • ½ lbs pork belly
- • 2 cups chicken broth
- • ¼ cup brown sugar
- • fish sauce
- • salt
- • black pepper
- • 1 tsp annatto oil
- • 4 whole dried chillies
